Black Eyed Pea Salad and My Cooking Assistant Mr. Murphy
This Black Eyed Pea salad was very yummy! A combination of barley, black eyed peas, red kidney beans, green pepper....Cumin and Red Pepper flakes made it relatively spicy as well. Very tasty!
